AW308. Sniper Rifle bolt clocking problem.

Hello There

Well, I own a aw 308, sniper rifle and i have a clocking problem in the gun. After every 10-25 shots shots the bolt doesn't clock back untill i will seriously pull it the hardest I can and sometimes I have to open the sniper up, to start it working again. When i opened my Sniper Cilinder head I managed to see that the rubber Circular thing is broken in half as shown on the picture, but i didn't manage to see any other problems ( I'm not very good at Maintenancing ASG guns)

I own this gun for like a month and I haven't thought that there will already be problems with it. It's seriously getting annoying, especially when If i would take it to the asg field game.

Could I Please get any help on what might cause the problem, And how to fix it/ what Re-placement part to order?
