Anyone ordered from Shoot 'n' Scoot before?

I ask this because I ordered a rubber FS dagger off their site almost a month ago, and there is still no sign of the thing. I'm sure the site isn't a con, but at the same time they haven't replied to any of my emails as of yet, and this thing wasn't cheap.

So anyone had bad, or good experiences with them?

Site owner is Warren, runs "the Hill" airsoft site just north of Dundee...

I know of 2 people who bought customs & stuff from him, he can be a pain in the ass to get stuff from as he forgets or gets tied up with other stuff and forgets, but he isnt a cam.
