Has anyone had experience using Airsmiths? looking at an MTW purchase including signature upgrade but want to know if I will receive the removed parts as spares? Not been able to contact them at all and just a tad nervous about spending a lot of cash with a company that I cannot contact.

Looks like you’ve answered your own question imo , if you can’t contact them to spend some money , how’d you think it’ll be if you come across a problem after spending it ??
