Aside from using the Ant Susat adapter (Which has been out of stock for forever), is there any other means to attaching a SUSAT to a 20mm Picatinny rail or any brand of SUSAT that actually can fit 20mm picatinny?

Hi guys, I received my HPA set up from HPA-UK today including a Balystik HPR800C V2 regulator... The top adapter doesn't seem to want to screw in any further than this and I'm not sure what to do? I don't want to force it in fear of damaging something... I assume I'm just doing something wrong...
