Yeah, I mostly tune out the owners, but I've definitely heard from multiple stories from different sources that the guy who runs the site is a twat

My experience with Driver Wood is that the site is great (though it's quite paintball-coded) and the facilities are great. The food, while I've never had it, looks fine as well. The marshalls are fine, but mileage may vary; some are great and totally on it, but I've also seen a few are not so...

I've never had issues and I just scale up gas in colder weather. I don't like lightweight bolts myself, as MWS recoil is already anaemic enough, and I've never really had issues just swapping to red gas when temperatures get a bit lower. This year I'll be using mapp gas (as I've moved to propane...

I went back to Worthing Airsoft today for another skirmish day, but I decided to bring my bolt actions because I plan on using them next weekend and then at the end of the month at a 24h battlesim, but it was definitely a mistake. I went out with the m40a5, but it was weirdly inconsistent across...

https://www.opticswarehouse.co.uk/vector-optics-taurus-4-24x50-ffp-ir-mpx1-1-10mil-30mm-rifle-scope These scopes are currently massively discounted for 3 and a bit more days, or if 19 more sell. £190 is an absolute steal for these retail for £400 normally on optics warehouse. I already own one...

So, I got alerted to a new site that might actually be an old site and I'm going to give it a go for their next skirmish date on the 11th October: https://www.camelotairsoft.co.uk/ I believe this might be the old Elite Action Games Dorking site in Surrey, but I can't confirm that as I never...

He never found his kinky naked airsoft games 😢

I have an MWS based mk12 mod1 that I put a Magpul PRS stock on instead of the A2 stock because I have it and it's nicer. Modelworks do a kit for the front, as well as the proper suppressor. I also think Zparts might do it as well. It's not a cheap build...

Hey, I'd love to, but nowhere in the UK stocks the parts I need for my weird, niche guns. Even MWS parts are hard to source in the UK, and that's my most mainstream rifle platform. 😅

Parts availability in the UK is shockingly bad. I import most parts from abroad (Asia) outside of the things I can reliably get here like hop rubbers and the inner barrels I like If you're looking for pistol parts and are happy burning a hole in your wallet because of all the cool stuff they...

I headed out to Worthing Airsoft this weekend for another pretty great day of airsoft. Weather was perfect, despite a rather overcast start. I decided to use my GBBR M14 scout build with my TM p226 as a sidearm because my JK Army order including the spare mags for my VFC PDP is arriving...

I use propane or map gas depending on temperature, so I always purge my mags at the end of the day and give a little bit of maintenance gas for them afterwards, but with most green gas you can just leave the gas in the mags.

Ah, we never went to the restaurant or the grocery part because it was expensive. That's what Mercadona was for!

I'm either too young or too old (or too dumb) to know what this means 😂 But no. I used to live in Spain. El Corte Ingles is like... a massive shop that sells basically everything and there was a massive one where we lived. Used to go there for a bunch of things, but I mostly remember going...

Not any fancy new RIFs, but I do like my uncommon camos (uncommon in the UK at least) that also have some sort of connection to me. Got nostalgic seeing the El Corte Ingles labels in these... One fits right now, one fits but is a bit tight because I'm a fatty and will fit really nicely once...

100%. Selling VSRs is really hard at the moment (ask me how I know...), but SSG10s sell all the time. They're literally the same gun, but the latter is Novritsch and widely reviewed by content creators...

A tale of two halves today for me for reasons entirely of my own doing. I went back to Worthing Airsoft and decided to run my m14 scout as a DMR and my HK45 as a sidearm. The reason for the HK45 today was that I also changed up my load bearing setup, moving my repro Spiritus 34 Alpha to more of...

Double post, because after I posted this, the guy bumped his sales post. Details obviously scrubbed, but... yes... £300 for 6 well-used MWS magazines. I was wrong, it was £50 each. Aren't they literally £50 new in the UK? Even less if you buy them from Asia...

Hey, I've been using MWSs for years. You accumulate magazines over that time period! That said, I'd like 1 more as my current LBE setups can carry 11 m4 mags without any issues (10 in the LBE, 1 in the rifle) 🙃 And yeah. They're not that hard to find now if you do even a little bit of looking...

First VFC handgun, and only second non-TM or TM clone handgun I have owned. AAP-01 is the only other non-TM / TM clone I own (and that doesn't see too much use) Wanted something with a metal slide that was properly optic ready (I hate RMR mounts that replace the rear sight), wasn't super...
