Post office is 100m from my door. Literally.

I've had this twice with ParcelFarce.
Got the 'Tried to deliver' card but they didn't ring or knock, just heard the card come through and thought it was normal post. By the time I got to the door he'd gone.
Had to go pick up from post office...
