Great grenade absolutely shit company to deal with ! As the clump said grab it like tramp on a dropped pizza ! 

One thing I'm keen to try and get as I've never done it before is a breakdown video of cleaning and servicing them, I found a link to do it but I prefer to watch something rather than read. couple of mine have started to show signs that they need a service (most are easily 8+ years old) but id rather not send to SWAT to service them all.

Love my VTG, but, from what I remember trying to get a spare part or new adapter sent out for it took forever and a day...?

I don't have to worry about trying to get spares from SWAT themselves - I'm across the pond haha. When it dies I'll either have to fix it myself or bin it.
