how exactly does one "blow up" a whole hop chamber!?

Was using the old style m4 chamber and the cogs just fell off repeatedly and the plastic pegs which held the cogs bent and broke. I basically had no hop up and was being outranged by the fucking rentals. Tho the only redeeming quality i had was 25 rps
