I have them, but I don't have any issues with the helmet adapters, what problems you having? (Mine wiggle a little on the rails, but it's fine..I guess it depends on quality of helmet rails as well)

Two tips, use a bit of silicon oil on the battery threads as they can be a little stiff taking on/off.  The 2nd is that sometimes the headset won't turn on, this is due to the springs no pushing on the batteries hard enough, just cut out some cardboard and put them under the springs. (they just pull out of the cap)

I purchased the adapters and fitted them to my M32's then to my helmet and they tuck too far inside the helmet so when I put the helmet on one adapter snapped instantly because there's no flex in them like the FMA ones. The adapters are solid which doesn't help :(

Ah....Maybe try some realsteel adapters, all the knock'offs are modelled on them..if they're not too expensive that is.. :)

I have the M32H Mod1's. The helmet adaptors are more like the MARK ones, they're...OK but the internal spring is so strong you can't easily lift them off and swing them back and when you try one of the literally pulls out of the rail!

I have the original M32H...I didn't think it was able to move, probably only the MOD1's do that.
