Have you checked the hop-up bucking for any wear? Or if the BB actually sits in it?

Google is your friend. This sits inside the outer barrel assembly: http://chairsoft-press.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/airsoftpics-26.jpg You'll find the bucking inside the housing unit.

looks fine, I've had that piece out before, just didn't know what you meant by Bucking, I'm assuming you mean the Area the BB gets fired into? Good to know what all these bits are. Ew... greasy keyboard

Is there any oil/grease on the bucking? I'd get it cleaned out anyway because it's probably covered in crap from the factory. But that's just me.

Cleaned it, didn't look like it had anything on it but still. I think I'll Just see how it performs at the weekend, in a game environment I won't be firing it constantly, Which Could've been the problem?

Don't be using it a lot, use it on game days and it'll last a long time rather than just a few games.

Can you get some other ammo to test it with? Z1 ammo doesn't exactly have a good reputation.
