UKARA isn't a license....lol joking aside though, my own damn fault for not double checking it was still active. I'll contact TG and ask them if they can cancel the order. Otherwise I guess I've just lost out on £140

as for it not being a license: customs think it is and has been known to act accordingly.

His UKARA is 30 days out of date already...

Correct, I've asked TG to put my UKARA on the packages and also split them, so it's not a complete RIF.

oh.. first post is a bit confusing having "will" as the first word. As for splitting, the customs are aware that people do this have if the find an incomplete RIF they will hold it and wait for the other part.
