Game, your going to need a decent PC to run it though...

you say that, but my ex- laptop could run it with an i3 - integrated gfx card, 2.4 ghz and 4gb of ram

I ran a test on my laptop and it said I met the minimum and the recommended settings. As far as I know these are my specs:

Processor:AMD A6-3420M APU with Radeon HD Graphic speed: 1.5ghz

Number of Cores 4

Video Card AMD Radeon HD 6520G

Memory 5.6 GB

Operating System Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Edition Service Pack 1 (build 7601), 64-bit

Mostly double dutch to me...

As a basic game yh its not that resource hungry but it soon starts to escalate :/

That is pretty much my laptop specs. I could barely get ARMA 2 to run comfortably. ARMA 3 graphically is easier to run but it seems to eat up more resources when you try and play larger missions, especially on Altis.

I tried looking for it on game but it didn't come up in the search.

they list it but it seems to be out of stock. It is were I got my copy from. Just try the usual culprits like Amazon.

Be sure to get a decent mouse with a lot of buttons as well, there's a massive amount of commands you'll need to bind and have close to hand

Out of curioisty, why do you want a Disc copy? All the Disc equivalent games I've bought on for Steam have required me to just download them anyway.

The ARMA 3 copy I brought had the game on it. Save a shed load in download time. Still have to update it more then likely though once installed. I still have a 1.2GB update to get through before the weekend :/

FYI there's a free weekend for it on Steam starting tomorrow, you could set it to download over friday and be playing it by maybe Saturday afternoon depending on your internet connection
