you need to be carefull with cheapo ones, theyre prone to well... blowing up. make sure you get the connections the correct way round or it will blow up lol. (I have done it before)

and when I say blow up, I mean just smoke out and become unusable not actually explode

Yes IMAX B6s are good but umm is it genuine? I've seen them on Cool Components for £30 and was just looking at a WE charger for £16 so was thinking the IMAX can't be cheaper than that.

IMax B6 is spot on.

Think that's a knock off copy of a B6, the real ones have flush buttons

I have the Imax B6 and it’s excellent, does everything you need and want including LiFe batteries if you want to switch. For the price it’s fantastic.

Where'd you buy yours from guys?

Just seen I can get it for £16 off. HobbyKing and from their UK warehouse. Would their 15V power supply work with it?

Hmm only genuine ones I can see on eBay are either the Mini model, without the power lead and / or from Asia :/

maybe the person I got it from no loner sells them. mine was from a UK supplier

I use an IMax B6 to and they are great. If you want to check that it is a real one when you buy it there should be a silver sticker on it, peel it back and enter the code onto the Imax Website and it will say if it is real or not.
