grippods are shite unless you get a pukka one (FAB Defence for example). I have a spare black one if you realllllly want one though.

I prefer a stubby foregrip.
Have a clone grippod and the actual bipod part has came out before, can be sort of hooked back in, but it's annoying. I didn't use mine a lot, so I'd imagine it would happen much more often to other people and that would be annoying.
