What will you buy it for? Campaign/multiplayer or both?
Campaign is a bit buggy but still good, multiplayer....AMAZING. Especially if you switched from Call of Duty aswell!

campaign is sh*t unless listening to swearing for a couple of hours is your idea of fun. Multiplayer is pretty good, no idea if the issues are fixed.

Yeah just didn't enjoy single player, the multiplayer is always good but the single I find always lacks character etc especially when compared to the cod franchise, regardless of how realistic it is

I'm playing it now, think they sorted most problems. BF3 was much better though. Meh idk get it when it's a bit cheaper I'd say. Or if mates have it for only then will Battlefield be the most fun (well as with any game but especially Battlefield)

I hate to say it, but the game needs the DLC to make it more fun. The base maps aren't brilliant, there are some crackers in the DLC, same for weapons.

I guess its personnel preference, I thought the multiplayer maps and weapons were great! another good thing are the servers. You can join, say, sniper servers if you want or just a random one etc.

The idea of servers owned by fans absolutely SUCKS HORSE DICK! You end up getting servers with stupid rules like 'no shotguns, no dmrs, no smgs, no lmgs, no assault rifles, no carbines, no grenades, no knife, no vehicles- ONLY BOLT SNIPER RIFLE'.

Haha yeah but that was common in BF3 as well. Admins weren't usually on so you didn't get kicked / banned for it.

So got up nice and early to head to John Lewis to buy the ps4, turns out they don't actually keep them in stock in the stores which is a pain so will have to order online and wait a bit instead.

Prepare yourself for about 20Gb of updates when you first install it though.
You'll probably need most of the expansions to join the majority of servers too.
