hold on, you had a TM SCAR that rattled a bit when you shook it? That's 100% normal, it's a catch inside the blowback mechanism that's got a bit of play (quite a lot of play actually).

nope, that's the part I'm talking about, sounds like a BB or something is trapped inside but it's completely normal and part of the design.
