If you were to screenshot it could you not have them sell it to you for that price? I remember being told items have to be sold for what they are advertised as even if it is a mistake. I may however have been told horsesh*t
I think it's a bit hazy buying online. I know in store they can refuse to sell it to you at the wrong price and was told price tags were to be updated before opening up to comply with the law
I just had a little google, apparently if you have paid for and taken delivery of an item and the business has not noticed the mistake then you are all good. However it says a business can refuse to sell you and item if they notice the pricing mistake. The law says they can refuse under a genuine mistake but you're in the right if they've tried to mislead you. We're not getting uber cheap chest rigs lads!
I've emailed them with an attached screenshot and said " i have noticed a pricing mistake on a warrior chest rig, would you be able to honour your pricing mistake"
Simon that's cheeky but worth a shot. I figured I'd try and buy it and if the price changes during the order I will just cancel it. However as you can see it doesn't get that far.
