Anyone who's ordered from TG before help me out on this one?

Put UKARA in business line and order commentary. Plus I sort of translated it (used google but made some word changes if you get me) worth asking them to write telephone on as well or do you not bother?

When it comes to dealing with inept customs always have backups,phone numbers,UKARA all that craic. Not accepting postal codes is odd,I personally never bother typing them since our system is different so I can;t help

Okay I'll ask them to write the phone number on the box as well, thanks. No problem, I'm sure someone will know. It says 'Please enter a postcode in the form of xx-xxx.' Maybe when I press place order it will accept it anyway I don't know.

Try putting dashes in at different places, also try capitals and non capitals. Same thing happened to me.

Create an account first, that solved the problems I had with postcode entry.

I had the same problem. My post code has only one letter followed by two numbers eg, M33. But the website wanted letter, letter, number number. I had to put MM33. When i asked them, they said to make sure it's correct it on the paypal screen.

Works now! Wrote 'Please write 'UKARA: HALxxxxxx' clearly on box with phone number.

Proszę pisać 'UKARA: HALxxxxxx' na pojemniku wyraźnie i numer telefonu.'

thought they might appreciate it being in some dodgy polish as well. Might help because they don't always understand
