Not a 'sensible' choice of guns. It's going to be hard to get mags and parts. The only reason anyone gets a gun like that is that they love it. The 'sensible' sub machine gun would be an MP5. But who wants to be sensible right? :D

I like the look but they're too heavy, lots of weight up front and nothing to balance it out.

Frizzle- I dont think anyone would use it as a sidearm, it's a very large smg.

Too expensive...personally don't think it looks as nice as people make out. It's quite cool and futuristic but as Russ said, not really practical. Unless you have a lot to spend I would rather get a good MP5 too.

I cant see them being ergonomic.. like when running around with a m203 on your gun. never tried the kriss, but holding the m203 suck.

Yeah you'd have thought having magpul involved in the designing process would have helped with ergonomics.
