    i had my first hissy fit the other day when new guys turned up and i put a mag in a guys ass and legs who thought he was hiding and he then shot back at me. drove me mad, this is a game of honer. without that its nothing. i feel your pain!!!

    Spent the best part of a morning field stripping and re-assembling an L1A1, L85A1, M1A1 Thompson, a pre-production model MP5 (all deactivated) and a few other odds and ends. Best job interview ever.

    Let's just say, that at several points during the morning there were loud "twang" sounds and various bits of gun were catapulted across the room...

    Yeah, gotta look out for the 2 stage removal...if in doubt cup the end with your hand as you split it :)

    The SA80 family members I dealt with were actually pretty easy, it was some of the older gear that I had problems with. I mean, the Stirling SMG, an utter PITA. Even the museum tech (who used a Stirling in the 70s) had difficulty with it. Don't get me started on the .303 Vickers...

    After an odd day in London, I'm eagerly awaiting to hear back from the Royal Armouries to see if I'll have a job with them for the next year.

    At least it's a non-essential internal part and not something like the hop window in a barrel, or the gas valve port on a magazine, since I sold my Gen2 M16A3 I've had nothing but positive experiences with WE.

    The comments I got from Iain at Milspec about GBBRs were quite enlightening. Mainly that with the newer WE guns, people usually only have problems if they half upgrade with RA-tech parts. Fully stock are fine, fully RA-tech are better, but mixed tends to cause problems.

    I think my next gun will definitely be a GBBR of some description or another, I'm just torn between an L85 and an M4 CQB... Not that I'll be able to afford either for a very long time.

    I've had my WE for all of 5 hours, and already I want to melt it into scrap and launch it into the Sun. It's ripped several chunks of flesh from one hand, and 2 important parts don't actually fit. On the plus, it shoots well...

    "We'll be round to drop of the package at 1pm today" Really UPS? I've been sat here all day, and according to the status, you haven't even collected the infernal thing. Why people still insist on using UPS is beyond me...

    Never dealt with Fed-Ex before. Royal Mail can be hit and miss. Many times I've been given the "sorry you weren't in" card, when the postie has literally just seen me.

    haha lol, well i've never had that. They seem to just knock on the door and give what I ordered to me and if me and my parents are not in, they give it to my next door neighbour who are decent enough to give it back to us at the end :D Happy days.

    Got paid for a few painting commissions and sketches I did recently. Suddenly tempted to buy a WE L85 GBB. Anyone know if they've improved since they first game out?

    Even the AK? That's impressive.cost saving if theyve managed to do so- would probably save a lot of r&d.

    Their Europe representative have shown of pictures of the mp5 stating it will be released within 6 months too. So expect it out in mid 2016 ;)

    Hmmm... having read various reviews (and talked to someone who *used* to own one), I'm now confused lol. No idea if it's worth it or not.

    Although I do like the look of the MP5 they're working on...

    After playing on BF2:Euroforces for a bit, I'm getting incredibly tempted to buy a G36C, Norwegian camo and Brit PLCE. Damnit, this is why I hate gaming...

    Lol same goes here being playing Black Ops 2 and fell in love with the Kriss Vector and after more research made me want one to replace my MP7 lol :)

    This is why I think there should be some kind of rule - airsoft OR FPS/ any kind of shooter games. Not both.

    Pick gaming, and you're free to play whatever you want - just don't go near airsoft. Pick airsoft, and for the rest of your like you're stuck playing Farm Simulator.
