Most plate carriers come with shoulders that can have a sling ran through it, I dont know if they sell dedicated straps for it but I may be wrong. Only think I could suggest is LBE bands on one shoulder piece to keep it out of your throat? http://www.sofmilitary.co.uk/lbe-bands-product,12214

Failling that one or two Zip ties or some Sniper tape wouldn't look out of place!

True , mine is fairly crap and didn't come with any it was only a cheap one.(may get a new one with Xmas funds)

I just find the strap doesn't sit right and it about decapitates me...

Does your shoulder piece open underneath by velco or anything like that? they usually slide in there! Im guess you're using a 1 point sling ?

Teddybhoy has the best way of doing it (imo) 1 point through the shoulder pads is my preference- much comfier than alternative ways for me.

If your looking for a sling to attach to a plate carrier or chest rig, it's called a Y sling.

I use one on my chest rig and it's very comfortable and practical if you use a sling.

Shame there isnt a 2 point sling version, I switch between 1 point and 2 point on my AK constantly depending on what im doing.
