the weight really isnt an issue, i can only assume its no where near as heavy as running around with a real sa80 with ammo, so really no issues. im thinking old woodern stock

Had a play with a G&G EBR last week, really nice quality, but weighty.

G&g and tms are great, I don't like that the charging handle doesn't go very far back on the g&g though.

its hard to find a decent playe carrier for the right price

What type of stock do you want? Have you considered buffer tube lipos?

Buffer tube lipos are the way to go. You can probably get set up with a charger and a couple of batteries for less than the price of a specific battery stock. Then use any stock you like! Failing that look for a DBoys MOD Stock - dirt cheap and will fit crane stock batteries!

just brought, an APS Asr110 from ROE airsoft, nice of the guy to give me military discount, and chuck in a few "suprise items" because his dad was my battalion.
