I can't stop laughing! It's true that outsourcing is silly,I had to slog through one customer service session. Billion hours. Ended up throwing the chinese peice of shite out,never buying things like that online again. waste of 10 euro!

I think the shop was dixons or something,don't really remember,our local PC world store was understocked at the time and I could not buy from them.
