I agree with Monty, I think he could've done a bit better, especially because hardly anyone - if any - would donate that much. Surely you've got to be rich to give $100 to a random YouTuber guy, even if you really love his videos. Anyway, I bet someone will.

I'm pretty sure he is a partner, I follow a couple of people who have a much smaller following and get paid for it. Seems a bit cheeky to not use the money he earns to further his videos.

People don't make that much money from YouTube. I found out why he needs the extra money from this comment:
