Most RIF's will be scanned and will need a UKARA number to get through. But you may have a small chance of it getting through.

As its only 1/3 scale it's not classed as an RIF so should be fine

(a)the size of an imitation firearm is to be regarded as unrealistic for a real firearm only if the imitation firearm has dimensions that are less than the dimensions specified in the regulations
