tbh maybe just hop rubber, nub and maybe a new inner barrel depending on what the stock one is like

just give the barrel a good clean, put some good ammo in the mag, and go shoot some filthy capitalists.
always good to have a good baseline of performance and specific goals before you start worrying about tweaking.
externally only thing really would be grab a sling, generic ak 2-points are pretty easy to get a hold of and do the job. maybe some mid-caps+speedloader if you hate hi-cap winding/rattle as much as i do.
