Nothing wrong with that people just get upset sometimes the only time its a issue is when a buyer is rude and gives mad lowball offers in a disrespectful way.

It can depend on the buyers circumstances,they may be trying to get a chain going,buy,sell,etc.As long as they don't make an offer then nothing I'm not bothered.You think they mess on here try Facebook...low ball cheeky rat city...?.

Ohh I agree entirely in regard to folks just asking questions, this is entirely related to people that have ‘committed’ to a sale (9 times out of 10 being a ‘but can you wait till <insert day here>’) only to vanish when said day rolls around. Which again, I have zero issue assuming they have the manners to let you know.
