Having the same experiences as Herr Hamster very hit and miss I wouldn't worry about it too much everyone should understand we're all in the same boat really.

I moved into a new build in Feburary and still havent got regular post, apparently they havent assigned us to anyone yet, so its only being done when someone wants to do overtime....
I'm still going once a week to the local depot to see if I've had any post or packages. The only ones that actually arrive on time is the 24 and 48 specials.

i've had a weird mix, one parcel defo seemed delayed but others have arrived in the space of 24 hours
