Im genuinely so upset as I know how hard it is getting TM original spare parts and how awkward of a piece it is.

Ah mate, welcome to the world of TM - almost everything they do is a proprietary system. The gas black itself is unique to TM - I think

It may be worth checking FireSupport or HPA-UK for the odd chance they have rear sight blocks or the locking lever itself. Failing that, you could take a look at one of the Hong Kong online retailers to see if they sell that specific part.
