No as that's the beauty of using a diode laser instead of a Helium/Argon laser that needs a 499v power supply lolAh but do you have the power cables running up your arm to a large battery in your pocket?

always fancied a NGRS 416D but with a 416C front end so I bought some bits off here and made one. Stock is the EPM 2 which is about an inch shorter than the EPM 1 stock.

I always fancied that myself but not with that monstrosity of a stock, probably be a side folding CTR for me.
. fancy doing similar with the scar compact but add a UBR stock.

Got surplus handguard, grip, and stock assembly for the G3 over Christmas from D&B.
Colour mismatch is what it is. Honestly there's very little in it compared to the VFC parts...other than decades of wear in the hands of ungentle German conscripts.

Can mine join in?
TM NGRS 416C. Rewired to house a (very small) nunchuck battery inside the foregrip. Vector Optics Paragon 4x prism sight with red dot on top. Geissele SMR rail, outer barrel shortened 30mm with gas block milled down and moved back too. Modified cheap Surefire Warden to house tracer unit inside.
Clone Modlite with small cheap laser unit mounted on Daniel Defense close SMR mount.
Just waiting for my mate to design and 3D print me an MP5-style stock buttpad to replace the useless and awful one it came with.
