I'm so envious of the modellers in an faceache page I joined, they put my cack handed efforts to shame.

Good job on the Salad mate is it a Mk2?
Loved the stolly, got to drive one about 28 years ago, absolute monster, can't be many good examples about these days, they rusted faster than an Austin princess lolThere is a real lack of Cold War models (esp British) on the market so when Airfix teased about this Stolly in my prefered scale 1/35 I snapped it up & £10 off for a damaged box that'll be in the bin as soon as it's built.

Another model ive got great memories of, last time I was in one of these we were firing through the gun ports on the side (7.62 blanks), i ended up with red hot shell casings from the mucker to my left going down the neck of my combat smock, & i had no shirt on underneath. For those that are interested, Airfix are releasing an Alvis Saracen later this year.

Yeah, thinking about it, think they were quite similar, last time I was in one (or the other ?There are/were a couple rotting away close to where I live, never got close enough to see if they're Saracens or Humber Pigs tho (until recently I thought they were the same vehicle).
