Sounds like an APS pistol in a nutshell TBH, I had a dragonfly that looked great but didn't perform well on green, was better on C02 but still lackluster compared to pretty much any other pistol. Sell it and buy something better.

Got an upgraded TM M40A5 to fill the hole selling my VFC left. While it's a nice gun, the short pull and hop adjustment are nice and it shoots great but it doesn't quite fill the hole sadly. Plus mags are usually on back order so having just one mag is a ball ache as half the mag fills the feed...

Got a Romeo 2 off here and fitted it to the sand viper tonight along with a flamingo rubber. Decided to go with the full length shroud and waterproof extension now the weather's taking a turn for the worse.

Pit viper or sand viper are decent options too. I have a sand viper and absolutely love it, feels great in the hand, shoots nicely with good recoil and slings a .3 out a fair distance for a bog standard pistol.  Compensator has threading but not sure what adapter would be needed to fit a tracer.

I chopped a barrel down and re-crowned it late Saturday night ready for game day on Sunday and got an almost factory finish using a large centre drill bit to get the crown shape and a chamfer tool to smooth out the chatter marks. Easy as pie and took about 10 mins all in. Filing the notches...
