.25>.28 won't be that dramatic a difference. You've not mentioned what output your P90 has. If it's closer to 1.14J then go for .32's. They really do seem to be a sweet spot for outdoor, battle rifle, cast, range.
One thing I always find though is that my chrono at home usually reads higher than site. Whether that's down to fresher batteries or just cleaner and not had more balls than bonnie blue. Just bare it in mind that you will always get variance between chrono's. Even same brand ones.
