    i would have to say m4 due to it being a newer design evey thing is with in reaching distance the bolt does'nt need racking when a new mag is put in just a button push , the mag's are a square that fits a square mag well (does not need hooking in like the ak does) but just my opinion does not...

    i dont know weather it can be classed as a kit build but there is a company that do a set of aeg's called the specter series where you can buy the lower reciver and it will then fit to any of the uppers they make so you could buy 1 lower and 3 uppers 1 for cqb 1 for sniping and one normal m4...
