Thanks for your extensive response, I’ve attached some examples from DEVGRU and the King Arms version. As you can see the mount is above the break lock, however the Nuprol version doesn’t seem to support the mount (unless glued or drilled, neither of which are preferable). Any other ideas?

I'm in the process of changing the upper receiver on my TM M4 S-System (as it has no delta screw). I want a free floating guard adaptable to this, so my question is: What's the best fit?

Sounds expensive, any advice where's best to source these?

Okay, I've attached some photos... as you can see the delta ring is one piece of metal. I've also attached an exploded diagram which also describes the delta ring as one piece. There is no thread within it, it's held in place with a single allen bolt. Any ideas guys?
