J-Tech plate carrier in good used condition. Comes with dump pouch, first aid pouch, hydration bladder, grenade pouches, radio pouch and other pouches. One minor issue is the elastic retention cords aren't elastic any longer. It's also had a light dusting of spray to enhance the look.
